mimirdesk is the platform an individual uses to start and run their own AI services business, under their own brand. What they sell their clients is AI assistants for business websites — configured with the company's information to answer visitor questions and help capture enquiries — plus related supported AI services such as preview sites, website audits, reputation reports and content work. Prospecting, outreach and optional AI calling are how they approach businesses: Scout researches businesses in the market they choose, Outreach drafts personalised emails and follow-ups that go out from their own mailbox, Builder drafts a preview site for a prospect, and Anna makes AI-disclosed calls on a number they bring. Outbound emails and calls wait for their approval before anything is sent; a website assistant, once set up and live, answers the client's visitors on its own. Proposals, monthly client reports and invoice drafts are prepared for their review. They set their own prices and bill their own clients.
Who buys it: people who want to start their own AI services business — selling AI website assistants and related services to businesses — without assembling the tools themselves. Individuals starting out, freelancers and small agencies in the US. Not business owners shopping for an assistant for their own site; those are the clients an operator sells to.
What we can and cannot show your audience: as of September 2026, mimirdesk has no paying customers yet. Our own numbers, including the bad ones, are public at mimirdesk.com/proof. Please do not promise your audience results we have not measured.
Commission. 40% of every subscription payment we actually receive from a customer you referred, during that customer's first 12 months (counted from their first payment). After that, 25% of every payment for as long as they stay a customer. It follows what the customer really pays: if they change plans, your commission changes with them.

Your commission per referred customer, for each month that customer pays. These are the commission terms, not a forecast of what you will make.
Only money we receive counts. Free-trial days, unpaid or failed invoices, refunds and chargebacks carry no commission. If a payment we already paid you on is refunded later, we deduct that commission from your next payout. Commission on a payment accrues once it has cleared and its refund window has passed.
Commission only. No per-post, per-video or sponsorship fees and no signup bounties — the commission above is the whole deal, the same for every partner.
Free access. Active partners get a real, full account — not a sandbox — so reviews and walkthroughs come from actual use.
Only subscriptions started through your link count. If someone hears about mimirdesk from you but signs up on our site directly, we cannot see it — ask your audience to use your link.
Monthly, via Wise or PayPal — your choice — for the payments received in the previous calendar month, together with the statement. Tell us which one you prefer when you join.
If these rules are broken we may end the partnership and withhold commission on referrals that came from the breach. Commission on clean referrals is always paid.
