A researched prospect is not a paying client: you handle the sales conversation and agree the work.

No. You can start as an individual with no clients. Choose the type of business you want to serve and the services you want to offer. mimirdesk gives you tools to find prospects and begin building your client base.

Do I need to be a developer?

You don't need to build the platform yourself. mimirdesk provides tools for supported AI assistants, preview sites, and agents. You'll still need to configure business information, test the solution, and arrange the required website access and connections. More specialised client requests may require work beyond the platform's built-in capabilities.

Choose a target market and connect a supported mailbox for outreach. To deliver a website assistant, you'll also need the client's business information and the access required to install it. Optional calling requires your own phone number, telephony setup and voice accounts.

You can begin researching prospects and preparing outreach after setup. The current email workflow supports sending approved drafts once your mailbox is connected. Phone activation usually takes about a week. Delivery time for a client solution depends on the scope, access, and information required.

Yes. The available branding settings cover the assistant, voice identity, and workspace header. You manage the client relationship and sell your services at your own prices.

What should I charge clients?

You choose your own prices based on the solution, setup work, and ongoing service you agree to provide. Clients pay you directly. mimirdesk tracks recurring client fees and helps prepare proposals and invoice drafts. There is no guaranteed price or income level.

Every plan — Starter ($99/month), Growth ($299/month) and Pro ($999/month) — includes the same features: prospecting, outreach, supported AI delivery tools and the client workspace. The only difference is the AI usage included each month: about $30 on Starter, $120 on Growth and $400 on Pro. Voice, telephony, email and any accounts you connect can have separate provider charges.

What happens to unused included usage?

It resets at each renewal and does not roll over. Included usage has no cash value and is not refunded separately.

Move to the next plan from the billing portal in Settings; the bigger plans exist for exactly that. There are no top-up packs and nothing is charged automatically: when the month’s included usage is used up, managed AI actions pause until renewal or a plan change.

How much usage do I need?

Use the calculator on this page. As a guide, about $30 of usage covers the Low outreach band (up to about 100 prospects a month), about $120 covers the High band (up to about 600 prospects a month), and about $400 is roughly three to four times the High band. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Switch plans from the billing portal in Settings; upgrades apply right away and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you upgrade, the new plan's included usage starts right away and any unused included usage from the previous plan lapses.

mimirdesk brings prospect research, outreach approval, supported AI delivery tools, and client administration into one workflow. Separate tools may suit you if you prefer to assemble and maintain your own setup. The value here is having these parts work together in one workspace.

Outbound outreach emails and outbound calls require your approval. You also review client-facing drafts before sending them. Once configured and live, website assistants answer visitors automatically; enabled inbound calling can answer incoming calls. Test these services and their business information before activation.

Who sends the emails and makes the calls?

Approved outreach uses your connected mailbox and calling setup, representing your business. You remain the sender of record. Anna identifies herself as an AI on calls.

What outreach controls are included?

The platform provides approval controls, email unsubscribe handling, suppression checks, calling-hour restrictions, and AI disclosure. You remain responsible for the contacts you choose and how you use the service. These features support your process; they do not guarantee compliance.

Do you have customer results I can review?

As of September 2026, mimirdesk describes itself as pre-revenue. The product screens on this page show demonstration data, not customer results. The founder's own outreach test is available separately. The Founding Partner program is intended to help establish the first customer case studies.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel from the billing portal in Settings or by emailing igor@mimirdesk.com. Within the first seven days, you can request a refund of the subscription under the published refund policy. Included monthly usage is part of the subscription and is not refunded separately.
