MIMIR is billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Beyond the 14-day window, monthly payments already made are generally non-refundable, though we review reasonable requests case by case (e.g. a service outage on our side).
AI and telephony usage runs on your own connected provider accounts (Anthropic, etc.) and is billed by those providers directly — we cannot refund charges made by them. Set your daily AI budget in the app to cap that spend.
