12 options, grouped by the job you need done
Short answer: there is no single best platform — it depends on which part of the agency you need help with. To run many clients on one CRM and marketing platform: GoHighLevel or Vendasta. To build and resell chat and voice agents under your brand: Stammer AI or Pickaxe, or Voiceflow and Botpress for more advanced builds. To find and pitch local businesses: Prospea, LocalReach or Ciela AI. To go from zero clients to delivery in one workspace — research, approved outreach, a preview site with the assistant on it, then proposals and invoices: mimirdesk, our product.
We looked at the jobs a new AI agency needs covered — finding businesses, outreach, a demo for the prospect, the assistant you deliver, phone AI and client accounts — and checked each product's own website, pricing page and help docs. "Not listed" means we could not find it there; it may still exist. We don't quote other products' prices because they change often; each entry links to the official pricing page.

It depends on the job you need done. To run many clients on one CRM and marketing platform, GoHighLevel or Vendasta. To build and resell chat and voice agents under your brand, Stammer AI or Pickaxe, or Voiceflow and Botpress for more advanced builds. To find and pitch local businesses, Prospea, LocalReach or Ciela AI. To go from zero clients to delivery in one workspace, mimirdesk, which is our product.
None of them finds clients for you. Tools that help you research and pitch local businesses include GoHighLevel's Prospecting Tool, Prospea, LocalReach and mimirdesk's Scout, and Ciela AI builds demos for prospects you choose. You still hold the sales conversations.
GoHighLevel (client sub-accounts and SaaS mode), Vendasta (a white-label client portal from its Professional plan), Stammer AI (client sub-accounts, branded on Pro and Enterprise) and Pickaxe (branded portals with logins and billing). mimirdesk does not give clients logins; you invoice them yourself.
Several products let you start free: Botpress, Chatbase, Prospea, LocalReach and Pickaxe have free plans or free accounts, Ciela AI's first demo is free, and Voiceflow's agency trial needs no card. GoHighLevel's and Stammer AI's trials require a card, and so does mimirdesk's 7-day Starter trial.
For answering calls, GoHighLevel's Voice AI, Vendasta's AI Receptionist and Stammer AI's voice agents are more mature, and Ciela AI can demo a voice agent for a prospect. mimirdesk's phone reception is a first version: it answers a client's number, says it is an AI and takes messages, without calendar booking or call transfers yet.
